Paul DeLaurentis Sr. - Owner and President
As you may have seen in some of our advertising, Paul, Sr. does not come from a tech background.  He actually started out of college selling cars at Lafferty Chevrolet.  After leading in sales year after year, Paul wanted to pusue something challenging and eventually became VP of Sales and Marketing for R & B Automotive with a national sales force of 50.
 
It was in his "third life" that Paul started Rockson Technology in 1994.  At that time, Rockson wrote and supported software programs for the carpet and flooring industry nationally.  As local flooring businesses grew, Paul saw a need for networking and repair. 
 
SystemsNet Computer Service, Inc. became a totally different business and has grown to handle Networking, Repairs, Managed Services, Support and Consultation.
Susan De – Office and Marketing Manager

Susan has worked with SystemsNet since the early Rockson days in many capacities.  With a degree in Marketing, she is responsible for advertising and branding.  Her larger role extends to making sure procedures and policies within the office are followed allowing for better customer service. 

(Paul) Alan DeLaurentis, Jr.— Sales and Hardware Repair Technician

Alan started in the family business during its’ first incarnation, Rockson Technology, Inc.  and wore many hats over his 6 year tenure.   After a stint in the Army, Alan was a retail manager for Gamestop and Spencer gifts for several years before finally rejoining SystemsNet in 2006.

Dave - VP Network Systems

A senior technician, Dave is certified in MCSA, CNA, A+, Network+ and teaches computer classes at Upper Bucks Vo-Tech School.  Dave has been with SystemsNet since 1997.

Missy L. - Office Administrator

Melissa began with us in a clerical position six years ago.  Through hard work and attention to detail, Missy’s role has expanded to administrative management and  bookkeeping.  She is a Quickbooks Pro Advisor and holds an Associate Degree in Accounting.

Jeanne D. – Support Assistant

With SystemsNet since 2004, Jean has 20 years experience as an Administrative Assistant.

Lisa S. - Senior Hardware Repair Technician

With an electronics degree, Lisa moved into the world of hardware repair and networks while working at Buckingham Computer for the last 9 years.

Rob – Field Technician

After graduating from Citone Technical Institute (now called Lincoln Tech), Rob began working for SystemsNet 2 years ago. He is certified in Windows 2000 Professional, Server, A+ and Network+.
